The form opens a conversation rather than producing a price. The most useful line in the notes is your working pattern — not a date. We can hold a slot against a rota; we cannot un-book a date that turned out to clash.

Cannot be there at all? Say so. It is a proper service here rather than a favour, and it needs more planning than an ordinary move.

Working nights?

An early-afternoon start usually suits best and it is our least-booked slot — see before the shift.

Cannot take the day off?

While you are at work sets out exactly what has to be in place, and what we will not do.

Rota not published yet?

Send the pattern instead of a date. We will hold a slot provisionally and firm it up when the roster lands.

Just a room or one item?

Man and van is a few hours rather than a cleared day, and it is the easiest thing to place at an odd hour.
