Ask us something

You do not have to be ready to book. A good share of what we answer is people asking whether a particular hour is even possible, which is the right question to ask first.

Email hello@removalshayes.uk — the best way to reach us, and the route that gets a considered answer rather than a rushed one.
Office hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and Saturday mornings. That is when the office answers; the crews work considerably wider hours, which is rather the point of this site.
Coverage Botwell and the town centre, Hayes End, Yeading, Harlington, the canal side, and the West Drayton and Southall edges. What differs across UB3.
Quotes Begin on the quote form — it asks the seven things we need before we can ask anything useful back.
Not air freight Being next to an airport does not make us a freight forwarder. Our international work is road work, and we say so rather than let the geography imply otherwise.

Send the pattern, not the date

Which days rotate, how far ahead the roster is published, and which hours are genuinely impossible. We will hold a provisional slot against that and firm it up when the roster lands — a much better outcome than booking blind and paying to move it.

Cannot be there at all?

Say so early, because it needs more preparation than an ordinary move rather than less. A marked-up plan, a destination plan, keys arranged and one named contact reachable by phone.

If something went wrong

Write and say so plainly. Your booking contract covers claims and the time limits on them, and we would far rather deal with it directly than leave you reading clauses on your own.
